Our Heritage & Dedicated Purpose

Leadership and community dedication at Crossroads Autism Network

Founding History & Roots

Crossroads Autism Network (Heart of CAN) was founded by local Victoria parents and educators who understood the challenges of accessing specialized therapies and compassionate support in rural South Texas.

Every dollar raised stays directly in the Crossroads community, funding adaptive swim lessons, therapeutic equine grants, sensory-friendly community celebrations, and parent caregiver respite.

Governance & Fiduciary Standards

Crossroads Autism Network operates under the governance of an independent, uncompensated Board of Directors dedicated to community welfare. Our leadership exercises active oversight over program budgets, ethical compliance, and executive administration.

As an IRS-designated 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN: 46-5122640), our annual financial statements and IRS Form 990 filings are maintained in open public record and available through our office or via GuideStar/Candid.

Official State Disclosure:
Crossroads Autism Network is an active non-profit corporation incorporated in the State of Texas and recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity. Copies of IRS Form 990 are available upon written request to our principal office in Victoria, Texas.
